Humble Beginnings
Take a glimpse into the office that marked the beginning of it all, my third bedroom located at 328 Old Woods Mill Rd in Chesterfield, MO. An amusing anecdote accompanies one of the photos: the wire binder seen in the picture, used for spiral binding proposals, was the exact model we used at Drive, the ad agency I worked for. I would meticulously note down the serial numbers and purchase the same products, striving to become a better version of what I had experienced. The printers hold a special place in my heart, especially the large Epson printer that had the unique ability to print on blank CDs and DVDs. We must have printed around 10,000 copies of mixtapes and CDs using that reliable machine. The big Xerox printer, which carried a hefty price tag, utilized ink blocks resembling crayons that melted the ink. I invested in this printer to create menus, similar to what the Cheesecake Factory did for Talayna's Pizza. However, I grossly underestimated the effort and cost involved in completing that project. Armed with my MacBook and Sony Vaio, along with a disc duplicator, scanner, fax machine, copier, and wire binder, I felt unstoppable. This location served as headquarters for the first couple of years, where I honed my skills in music, direct marketing, creating custom hoodies, and selling items on eBay.

Being a DIY enthusiast has always been a part of my nature, and it naturally drew others who shared the same mindset. Throughout the years, I've had the pleasure of transforming ordinary spaces into versatile and creative havens. Below, you'll find a glimpse of one of our earliest accomplishments: a music studio and vocal booth we constructed for Midwest Royalty, our first music label. This project marked the beginning of many more to come.
Following the relocation from 328 S Woods Mill Road, I found myself renting a petite incubator office at 1550 Wall Street in St. Charles. My friend Nick affectionately called it a shoebox, and to be honest, it wasn't much larger than one. The space was just big enough to accommodate our two desks and all our clutter, but it fulfilled its purpose, especially considering its affordability at $450 per month.
