Strange Donuts //
Jason Bockman is a remarkable person and one of the most creative unique individuals I’ve ever had a chance to work with, it was always magic when we linked up.

Strange Donuts came on the scene with such a Big Bang that you couldn’t help but notice. The brand was so iconic at such a early stage of its existence that I knew I wanted to be a contributing force in the Stay Strange movement. I was able to finally contribute to the brand during the Donut Day festivities where we brought the brand to life through wood cut out characters and custom made pinata’s. These life size cut outs transformed the street into an interactive brand experience. We had so much fun we did it again the next year. We even collaborated with local artist Justin King who designed a giant paper mache dripping donut.

Every year we celebrate National Donut Day and what better way to bring the brand to life in real life - below is some of the work we did.

I assist with any of their creatives needs from printing and designing merch, assisting with the website to acting stupid on camera. Even my kids get to contribute being models for the Rainbow Pony campaign. I helped strange with the coveted 420 events, doing custom laser engraved dugouts, lighters and grinders as well as facilitating the sticker and tee shirts.
I even helped create the Strange Realty campaign as a way to advertise Strange Donuts inside of Schnucks supermarket checkout and cart advertising. Since they have their own bakery they didn’t want us to directly compete with them so hence the Strange Realty campaign was born.
I have helped create the store interiors and window graphics and I also partnered with Jason to purchase the Guinness Book of World Records Sticker Bus.
Strange Realty
We couldn’t sell our donuts inside of our local grocery store but we wanted to advertise on the check writing counter during check out so they wouldn’t let us advertise our donut shop on there but it seemed real estate agents were able to so we started strange realty putting the REAL in real estate & the d always sells…..
